Research on the pretreatment of chroma in the wastewater of cotton pulp

棉浆废水色度的预处理试验研究

Abstract:

The processes,such as electrolysis,electrolysis-hydrolytic acidification,hydrolytic acidification-aerobic,decoloration flocculation-hydrolytic acidification-aerobic,have been used for treating the cotton pulp stock solution wastewater from Jigao Chemical Fibre Co.,Ltd.,whose COD is as high as 4 484 mg/L,and chroma 1 250 times.The effluent,whose COD is 611.2 mg/L and chroma 500 times,of the Wastewater Treatment Plant of the Company has been treated by MD-02 decoloring agent and sodium hypochlorite respectively.The experimental results show that electrolysis process can reduce the chroma of wastewater substantially and its removal rate reaches 60% -72%.Electrolysis-hydrolysis process has remarkable chroma removal effect.The chroma removal rate of the conventional hydrolysis -aerobic combined process is only 23.2%,indicating the limitation of chroma removal effect of conventional bio chemical treatment on cotton pulp wastewater.The removal rates of COD and chroma of cotton pulp stock solution wastewater by decoloration flocculation-hydrolysis-aerobic combined process are very remarkable,being a comparatively ideal pretreatment process.

分别采用电解、电解+水解酸化、水解酸化+好氧、脱色絮凝+水解酸化+好氧工艺处理河北吉藁化纤有限公司的棉浆原液废水(COD、色度高达4 484 mg/L、1 250 倍),并分别用MD-02 脱色剂和次氯酸钠处理该公司污水处理厂的出水(COD、色度分别为611.2 mg/L、500 倍)。试验结果表明:电解工艺可较大幅度地降低废水的色度,去除率达60%~72%;电解+水解工艺对色度的去除效果较为显著;常规的水解+好氧组合工艺对色度只有约23.2%的去除率, 显示出常规生化处理对棉浆废水色度去除能力的局限性; 脱色絮凝+水解+好氧组合工艺对棉浆原液废水的COD、色度去除效果非常明显,是较理想的预处理工艺。
