Abstract:

CaSO₄ crystallization process has been studied by means of static tests. The effects， such as temperature,initial concentrations of Ca₂₊ and SO4^2-,other scale-forming ions and scale inhibitors on CaSO4 crystallization process are investigated.The results show that the increase of temperature would shorten the initial inducement period of the CaSO₄ crystallization,and increase the nucleation rate of control proportion in the crystallization process.The higher the initial Ca²⁺ and SO4^2- concentration are,the faster the CaSO₄ crystallization speed is.The causes of HCO₃^-and PO₄^3- having influences on CaSO₄crystallization process are that the change of solution ion strength changes the solubility product of CaSO₄.The inhibitory effect of scale inhibitors on CaSO₄ crystallization process is mainly on the nucleation process of inhibiting crystals.

摘要：

采用静态实验方法对硫酸钙的结晶过程进行了研究，考察了温度、Ca²⁺和SO₄^2-初始浓度、其他成垢离子及阻垢剂对硫酸钙结晶过程的影响。结果表明，升高温度会缩短硫酸钙结晶初期的“诱导期”，并增加晶体成核速率在结晶过程中的控制比重；Ca²⁺和SO₄^2-初始浓度越大，硫酸钙结晶速度越快；HCO₃^-和 PO₄^3-影响硫酸钙结晶过程的原 因在于溶液离子强度的变化使硫酸钙的溶度积发生改变； 阻垢剂对硫酸钙结晶的抑制作用主要以抑制晶体成核过程为主。
