Abstract:

The quality of cold water in the stator of 600 MW generator in Yangcheng Power Plant has not been qualified for a long time. Its main characteristics are low pH and excessive copper ion content. The indexes of the quality of cold water cannot meet the trade requirements of power industry. The renovation of installing optimization processing device has been carried out for the cold water system in the stator of electric generator. After the renovation,the effluent water quality is stable,reaching the desired result,when the cold water pH in the stator is 8.0-9.0,conductivity keeps at 1.0-2.0 μS/cm,and copper mass concentration is <10 μg/L.

摘要:

阳城电厂600 MW发电机定子内冷水水质长期不合格,主要表现为pH低和铜离子含量超标,定子内冷水水质各项指标难以满足电力行业标准要求。对发电机定子内冷水系统进行加装优化处理装置的改造,定子内冷水pH控制在8.0~9.0,电导率稳定在1.0~2.0μS/cm,铜离子质量浓度<10μg/L,且出水水质稳定,达到了预期效果。
