冷轧厂废水回用处理方案设计及经济分析

Abstract:

Acorrding to the actual situation of wastewater in a cold rolling mill in Tianjin,actions that suit local circumstances were taken.A set of treatment equipment has been newly established for treating part of the wastewater,so as to reuse the effluent water for production.The implementation of the treatment project can reduce the original running burden of the wastewater treatment station,realize clean production and increase the wastewater reuse rate,achieving the unity of economic benefit and environment benefit.

摘要:

根据天津市某冷轧厂废水实际情况,因地制宜,增设1套处理设施对其中部分废水进行处理,使处理出水回用于生产。该处理方案的实施既可减少原污水处理站的运行负荷,又能实现清洁生产,增加废水的回用率,从而实现经济效益和环境效益的统一。
