Study on biodegradation kinetics of alcohol amines and the influence of N-methyl diethanolamine on activated sludge process

醇胺类的生物降解动力学及其对活性污泥法影响研究

Abstract:

The biodegradabilities and reaction kinetics of alcohol amines organics and the influence of N-methyl diethanolamine on activated sludge process have been studied.The results show that the biodegradable reaction rate constant(k) of ethanol amine is 0.1550 and removing rate more than 90%.Thek of diethanolamine and N-methyl diethanolamine are 0.0641 and 0.0539,respectively,and removing rates are both more than 60%.Thek of triethanolamine is 0.0124 and removing rate is only 23%.The effect of a small amount of N-methyl diethanolamine on effluent quality of activated sludge process is not obvious.Though a large amount of N-methyl diethanolamine has influence on effluent quality of activated sludge process in a short period,it would not result in irreversible damage to activated sludge process.

摘要:

实验研究了醇胺类有机物的可生物降解性、降解反应动力学及其对活性污泥法的影响。结果表明:乙醇胺的生物降解反应速率常数(k)为0.1550,去除率达到90%以上;二乙醇胺和N-甲基二乙醇胺的生物降解反应速率常数分别为0.0641和0.0539,去除率均达到60%以上;三乙醇胺的生物降解反应速率常数为0.0124,去除率仅为23%。少量N-甲基二乙醇胺的冲击不会对活性污泥法的出水水质造成明显影响,大量冲击虽然会在短期内影响出水水质,但不会对活性污泥法产生不可逆转的破坏作用。
