Abstract:
Based on the analysis on the characteristics and water quality of acidic mining wastewater containing manganese,the treatment process,"limestone precipitation + filtration + lime precipitation + coagulation precipitation",has been brought forward.The design scale of the engineering is 200 m3/d,whose influent pH is 2.5-3.5,Mn 1 600-2 000 mg/L,and SS 180-220 mg/L.After the wastewater has been treated by this process,the effluent pH is 6.6-7.8,Mn≤1.2 mg/L,and SS≤15 mg/L,meeting the first class requirements of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996).

摘要:
在对矿山酸性含锰废水水质及其特点分析研究的基础上,提出了"石灰石沉淀+过滤+石灰沉淀+混凝沉淀"的处理工艺。工程设计规模200 m3/d,进水pH 2.5~3.5、Mn 1 600~2 000 mg/L、SS 180~220 mg/L,经该工艺处理后,出水pH 6.6~7.8、Mn≤1.2 mg/L、SS≤15 mg/L,达到了《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)中一级标准的要求。
