Abstract:

Taking a chemical plant in Tianjin,as example,the characteristics of using desalted sea water as make-up water of circulating cooling water are introduced.According to the strong corrosiveness of its water quality,some measures,such as using highly efficient corrosion inhibitors and dispersing agents,and adding corrosion inhibitors to water-supply pipe lines,have been adopted.After the project has been put into use,the mass concentration of total iron content in the circulating cooling water treatment system is less than 1 mg/L,the corrosion rates of carbon steel corrosion hanging piece and monitoring tube are both less than 0.075 mm/a,and the deposition rate is less than 15 mcm.It is proved that good antiseptive effect has been obtained by adopting these measures,and,normal operation in production has thus been guaranteed.

以天津某化工厂为例,介绍了使用海水淡化水作为循环冷却水补水的特点,并针对其水质的强腐蚀性,采取使用高效缓蚀剂和分散剂,并在供水管道中投加缓蚀剂等措施。方案实施后,该循环冷却水处理系统的总铁质量浓度小于1 mg/L,碳钢挂片和监测管的腐蚀率均小于0.075 mm/a,监测管的沉积速率小于15 mcm。证明采取的措施起到了良好的防腐效果,保证了正常的生产运行。
