热轧层流水系统铁红现象的控制技术

Abstract:

Silicon steel has been manufactured in the hot rolling workshop of Baoshan Iron & Steel works,resulting in red corrosion phenomenon that occurs to the laminar flow turbid water system. Based on laboratory tests and site research,it is found that when the filter aiding and decoloring agent is added at the front of the inflow of high speed filter,the filter interception capability for ferric oxide particles can be improved,eliminating the red corrosion phenomenon in the water system.

摘要:

宝钢热轧车间轧制硅钢,导致层流浊环水系统出现"铁红"现象.经实验室试验与现场研究,在高速过滤器进水前端投加助滤脱色剂,提高过滤器截留氧化铁颗粒的能力,消除了水系统的"铁红"现象.
