Abstract:
In order to improve the treatment effect of paper-making wastewater, magnetic Fe3O4/chitosan composite microspheres have been used as flocculant. After the Fe3O4 particles, which were prepared by hydrolysis method, have been dispersed in chitosan solution, magnetic Fe3O4/chitosan composite microspheres can be prepared. The effects of the dosage of magnetic Fe3O4/chitosan composite microspheres, pH, stirring speed and sedimentation time on COD removing rate of paper-making wastewater are investigated. The results show that the COD removing rate can reach 83.38%, under the following conditions:pH is 8, stirring speed 120 r/min, dosage of composite microspheres 6 mg/L, sedimentation time 8 h, and the influent COD of paper-making wastewater 2549.41 mg/L.

摘要: 为了提高对造纸废水的处理效果,采用磁性Fe3O4/壳聚糖复合微球作为絮凝剂对其进行处理。将水解法制备的Fe3O4微粒分散于壳聚糖溶液中,制备成磁性Fe3O4/壳聚糖复合微球,考察了其投加量、pH、搅拌速度及沉降时间对造纸废水COD去除率的影响。结果表明,在pH为8,搅拌速度为120 r/min,复合微球投加量为6 mg/L,沉降时间为8 h的条件下,当进水COD为2549.41 mg/L时, COD去除率可达到83.38%。
