垃圾渗滤液处理工艺研究

Abstract: Aiming at the characteristics of aged landfill leachate, such as complicated components, poor biodegradability, and refractory treatment, the combined process, electro-chemical pretreatment+leachate circulation+chemical oxidation treatment has been used for treating this kind of leachate. Firstly, using electro-flocculation method for the pretreatment of leachate can greatly reduce the organic load of leachate and improve its biodegradability. Then, using leachate circulation for further treatment can reduce its COD to 280 mg/L. Lastly, using chemical oxidation treatment, its COD can be reduced to less than 100 mg/L, meeting the requirements of the Standard for Pollution Control on the Landfill Site for Domestic Waste(GB 16889—2008).

摘要: 针对老龄垃圾填埋场渗滤液成分复杂、可生化性差、处理难度较大的特点,采用电化学预处理+渗滤液循环+化学氧化处理组合工艺对此类渗滤液废水进行处理。首先采用电絮凝方法对渗滤液进行预处理,使渗滤液有机负荷大大降低,可生化性提高;然后采用渗滤液循环方式进一步处理,COD降低到280 mg/L;最后,经过化学氧化处理COD降低到100 mg/L以下,达到《生活垃圾填埋污染控制标准》(GB 16889—2008)的要求。
