CASS和SMBBR处理发酵类制药废水对比研究

Abstract:

The treatment effects of CASS and SMBBR processes on the treatment of wastewater from fermentation type of pharmacy have been compared. The results show that the removing rates of SMBBR has higher removing effects on TP,SS and chroma than that of CASS process. Compared with CASS process,it has obvious advantages. But in terms of NH3-N and COD,its removing rates are not obvious. SMBBR process is characterized by high adaptability of water quality and water quantity,low power consumption,less aeration quantity,low energy consumption,low sludge treatment cost,and no need to set up reflux. Taking all the factors into consideration,the treatment effect of SMBBR process not only is slightly higher than that of CASS process,but also needs less operation maintenance cost,more flexible control and more simple operation management.

摘要:

对比了CASS工艺与SMBBR工艺处理发酵类制药废水的效果.结果表明,SMBBR工艺对TP、SS、色度的去除率较高,相比CASS工艺具有明显优势,但对NH3-N和COD的去除优势却不明显.SMBBR工艺对水质水量适应性强,动力消耗少,曝气量小,能耗较低,污泥处置费用低,无需设置回流.综合考虑,SMBBR工艺的处理效果不但略高于CASS工艺,而且运行维护费用更低、控制更加灵活、运行管理更为简单.
