Abstract:

The wastewater from the pesticide workshop in a company in Nantong contains lots of organisms and inor-ganic salts,its COD and phosphorus contents are high,containing toxic factors which have strong inhibiting effects on bacteria. Therefore,it was impossible to use conventional biochemical technologies for its treatment. This com-bined process,triple-effect evaporation-iron carbon micro-electrolysis-flocculating settling-A/O,is applied to waste-water treatment and runs well. The indexes of the effluent can meet the requirements for the national discharge standard.

摘要:

南通某公司农药车间的生产废水含有大量有机物和无机盐,废水COD及磷含量高,特别是含有的毒性特征因子对生化微生物有强烈的抑制作用,无法采用传统的生化工艺进行处理。采用三效蒸发、铁炭微电解、絮凝沉淀和A/O组合工艺处理废水,运行良好,各项出水指标达到国家排放标准要求。
