Abstract:

To meet the requirements for the development of industrial areas and the strict discharge standards, based on making full use of existing treatment facilities, the wastewater treatment plant in an industrial area in Xuchang has been upgraded and retrofitted. Aiming at the feature that most of influent is from papermaking mills, the pretreatment facility has been enhanced, the original SBR pond replaced by hydrolysis acidification-completely mixed aeration pond, and the coagulation sedimentation facilities added. The actual operation results show that the effluent quality can steadily meet the first class A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants from Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants(GB 18918—2002).

摘要:

为了满足产业集聚区的发展需求和严格的排放标准,许昌某产业集聚区污水处理厂在充分利用原处理设施的基础上,实施了升级改造工程。针对进水多为造纸废水的特点,强化预处理并将原有的SBR池改为水解酸化—完全混合式曝气池,增加混凝沉淀/过滤深度处理设施。实际运行结果表明,出水水质能够稳定达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准。
