Abstract:
Taking the pilot-scale EGSB reactor as the research target,the regenerated paper-making wastewater has been treated with anaerobic sludge used for treating the same kind of wastewater. The changes in the key factors,such as hydraulic retention time,up-flow velocity,reactor volume load,pH,VFA and sludge characteristics,etc. are researched. The results show that up-flow velocity can reach 4.85 m/h,hydraulic retention time shortened to 2.9 h, and COD removing rate between 70%-90% stably,within the first three weeks. In the late stage of the operation,the specific methanogenic activity of the granular sludge is 1.63 times of that of the sludge inoculated in the early stage, and VSS/TSS ratio reaches 88%.

以中试规模EGSB反应器为研究对象,采用处理同类废水的厌氧污泥进行接种处理废纸造纸废水,研究了快速启动过程中水力停留时间(HRT)、上流速度、反应器容积负荷、pH、VFA及污泥特性等关键因素的变化。结果表明,EGSB反应器在三周即可达到4.85 m/h的上流速度和2.9 h的HRT,COD去除率稳定在70%~90%之间。反应器运行后期,颗粒污泥的产甲烷活性是接种初期的1.63倍,VSS/TSS比值达到88%。
