Determination of the content of p-toluenesulfonate in butyl acrylate process wastewater with HPLC measurement

HPLC测定丙烯酸丁酯工艺废水中对甲基苯磺酸

Abstract:

The content of p-toluenesulfonate in butyl acrylate process wastewater has been determined, with highly efficient liquid chromatography(HPLC), using C18 chromatographic column, methanol+ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution as mobile phase, whose flow rate is 1.0 mL/min and detection wavelength 221 nm. The external standard method is applied to quantitative determination, whose correlated coefficient is 0.999 9. In the actual in- spection, it shows that p-tolunensulfonate in butyl acrylate wastewater can completely be separated from other subs- tances. The relative standard deviation of this method is 1.28%, and the addition standard recovery rate is 98.1%-102.2%. This method is suitable for being applied to the analysis and detection of p-tolunensulfonate in butyl acrylate process wastewater, due to its simplicity, rapidness and accuracy.

摘要:

建立了用HPLC测定丙烯酸丁酯废水中对甲基苯磺酸的方法。采用C18色谱柱, 以甲醇+磷酸二氢铵水溶液为流动相, 流量为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为221 nm.采用外标法定量, 相关系数为0.999 9.实际检测中, 丙烯酸丁酯废水中的对甲基苯磺酸可与其他物质完全分离。方法相对标准偏差为1.28%,加标回收率为98.1%~102.2%.本方法简单、快速、准确, 适用于丙烯酸丁酯工艺废水中对甲基苯磺酸含量的分析检测。
