印染废水处理与回用技术应用研究

Abstract:

The combined process,air flotation-membrane bioreactor-reverse osmosis system,has been used for the advanced treatment and reuse of dyeing wastewater. Organic pollutants can be removed by the air flotation and membrane bioreactor,and the residual organic substances and salinity can be removed by the RO system. The actual operation results show that the water quality of RO fresh water can meet the requirements for the water used in technological processes. The water quality of RO concentrated water can reach the 3rd level requirements specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8976-1996).

摘要:

采用气浮、膜生物反应器(MBR)与反渗透(RO)组合工艺,对某印染企业生产废水进行深度处理和回用。通过气浮、MBR去除有机污染物,利用RO系统去除剩余的有机物和盐分。实际运行结果表明,RO淡水水质可满足企业生产工艺用水要求,RO浓水水质达到了《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)的三级标准。
