电解电压对电多相催化法去除偶氮染料废水的影响

Abstract:

The influences of electrolytic voltage on the treatment of dye wastewater by electro-heterogeneous catalysis method have been studied. Experimental results show that under the following conditions:the simulated dye wastewater concentration is 300 mg/L,pH 6.8,reaction time 1 h,polar plate distance 6 cm,aeration rate 0.08 m3/h,and Na2SO4 dosage 800 mg/L,the maximum dye decolorization rate can reach 94.36%,and the maximum CODCrremoving rate can reach 43.6%. The important influential factor of electro-heterogeneous catalytic oxidation method is electrolytic voltage. Selecting electrolytic voltage reasonably is especially important to the improvement of current efficiency,reduction of energy consumption,and speeding up the removing rate of organic matter.

摘要:

研究了电解电压对电多相催化法处理染料废水的影响。结果表明:在模拟染料废水质量浓度为300mg/L,pH为6.8,反应时间为1 h,极板间距为6 cm,曝气量为0.08 m3/h,Na2SO4投加质量浓度为800 mg/L的条件下,染料脱色率最高可达到94.36%,CODCr最大去除率为43.6%。电解电压是电多相催化氧化法中的重要影响因素,合理选择电解电压对于提高电流效率、降低能耗、加快有机物去除率尤为重要。
