Abstract:
The combined process,hydrolytic acidification+A/O+ultra-filtration+reverse osmosis has been used for up-grading modification and reuse of the 1 500 m3/d low-concentration printing and dyeing wastewater in a printing plant in Jiaxing. The results show that when the average COD,chroma and SS in influent are 450 mg/L,80 times and 600 mg/L,respectively,those of RO effluent are 15 mg/L,3 times and 1 mg/L,respectively,and the system removing rates are 96.7%,96.3% and 99.8% respectively. The concentration of each index is below the designed recycling water standard. The total investment of this project is RMB 4 897 800.00,operation cost RMB 3.53 per cubic meter. The system recycling rate has been maintained at about 53% for the year past,water saving 240 000 tons per year, and reduced expense more than RMB 1500 000.00.

嘉兴某印染企业采用“水解酸化+A/O+超滤+反渗透”组合工艺对1500 m3/d低浓度印染废水处理装置进行深度处理及回用改造。结果表明:在进水COD、色度和SS均值分别为450 mg/L、80倍和600 mg/L时,RO出水COD、色度和SS分别为15 mg/L、3倍和1 mg/L,系统COD、色度和SS去除率分别达96.7%、96.3%和99.8%。工程总投资489.78万元,运行成本3.53元/m3。一年来系统回用率稳定在53%左右,年节约用水24万t,年减少支出150万余元。
