无磷水处理技术的应用研究

Abstract: Aiming at circulating cooling water quality and working conditions in Zhuhai Terminal,Baiyun Natural Gas Operations of CCLS,through a series of experimental study,such as static scale inhibition and dispersant test,rotary coupon corrosion test and dynamic scales simulate test. TS - S5 - B non-phosphorus water treatment agent using PESA and a new type of carboxylic copolymer as main components are optimized and seleted. On-site treatment proposal is confirmed. This technology has excellent actual application effect,and supports the enterprise environmental protection emissions.

摘要: 根据中海石油深圳分公司白云天然气作业公司珠海终端循环冷却水水质及工况条件,通过静态阻垢分散实验、旋转挂片腐蚀实验、动态模拟实验等一系列实验筛选出以聚环氧琥珀酸、新型羧酸类共聚物等为主要成分的TS-S5-B无磷水处理药剂,确定了现场处理方案。该技术现场实际应用效果良好,支持了企业环保排放。
