垃圾渗滤液纳滤膜浓缩液减量中试处理研究

Abstract: The nanofiltration membrane concentrated solution produced in the process of landfill leachate treatment has been treated by the two-step material separation membrane process. The influences of temperature,pressure,mem-brane flux,interception rate,etc. have been investigated,and the reliability and stability ascertained. The results show that under experimental conditions,more than 73.1% of nanofiltration membrane concentrated solution of landfill lea-chate can be decreased. The producing liquid can reach the water pollutant discharge standard of domestic landfill lea-chate specified in the Standard for Pollution Control on the Landfill Site of Municipal Solid Waste(GB 16889-2008).

摘要: 采用二级物料分离膜工艺对垃圾渗滤液处理过程中产生的纳滤浓缩液进行处理,研究了温度、压力、膜通量、截留率等的影响,确定工艺的可靠性及稳定性。结果表明,在试验条件下垃圾渗滤液纳滤浓缩液可减量73.1%以上,产水清液满足《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB 16889—2008)中生活垃圾填埋场水污染物排放标准。
