Application of the new-type chromogenic agent to the determination of volatile phenol

新型显色剂在挥发酚测定中的应用

Abstract: Nowadays the determination method for volatile phenol substances stipulated by the national standard is 4-aminoantipyrine chloroform extraction spectrophotometry(4-AAP method). However,the method has many defects in application,including low detection sensitivity,great difficulty in operation,high toxicity of chloroform extractant,etc. The new-type chromogenic agent and extractant have been developed,which could be used for determining vola-tile phenol in water,in substitute of 4-aminoantipyrine and chloroform. The results show that compared with the 4-AAP method,the determination method based on the new-type agent has many advantages,such as high sensitivity, excellent operability,good reproducibility,nontoxic extractant,etc.

摘要: 目前国家标准规定的挥发酚类物质检测方法为4-氨基安替吡啉三氯甲烷萃取分光光度法(4-AAP法),此方法在应用中存在检测灵敏度低、操作难度大、萃取剂三氯甲烷毒性高等缺点。采用一种新型显色剂与萃取剂,可替代4-氨基安替吡啉和三氯甲烷用于水中挥发酚的测定。实验结果表明,与4-AAP法相比,基于新型试剂的测定方法具有灵敏度高、可操作性好、重现性佳、萃取剂无毒等优点。
