Abstract:
Using the catalytic wastewater of a petro-chemical refinery as a research object,a pilot study has been impl-emented. The pretreatment+membrane concentration+evaporation crystallization process,combined with nanofiltration separation and crystallization process has been used,in order to achieve the goal of zero discharge of catalyst wastewater and salt separation. As a result,the sodium chloride and sodium sulfate are effectively recovered from wastewa-ter,reaching the industrial salt standard,respectively. The feasibility of zero discharge of circular economy is verified.

摘要: 以某石化厂催化废水为研究对象进行中试研究,采用预处理+膜浓缩+蒸发结晶工艺,同时结合纳滤分离及分质结晶工艺,实现催化废水的零排放及分盐目标,有效回收废水中的氯化钠及硫酸钠,并分别达到《工业盐》的标准,验证零排放循环经济的可行性。
