Abstract:
The formation of silicon scale under different pH conditions and the inhibition effect of dendrimer macro-molecule(PAMAM) on silicon scale have been investigated by static scale inhibition method. The experimental re-sults show that when the pH is less than 9,it exists mainly in the form of colloidal silica scale,and when the pH is higher than 9,it exists mainly in the form of calcium silicate scale. Among the PAMAMs of different generations,the 1G PAMAM has the best inhibition effect on silicon scale.

摘要: 采用静态阻垢法研究了不同pH条件下硅垢的形成以及树枝状大分子(PAMAM)对硅垢的抑制性能。实验结果表明,当pH<9时,硅垢主要以胶体形式存在,当pH>9时,主要以硅酸钙垢存在。不同代数的树枝状大分子中,1G PAMAM对硅垢的抑制效果最佳。
