Abstract: The Fe/Al/C and Fe/Al/Cu ternary internal electrolysis systems have been used for the treatment of methylene blue dye wastewater,the influences of Fe/Al/C filler mass ratios,Fe/Al/Cu filler mass ratios,filler dosage,initial pH of wastewater,reaction time and reaction temperature on COD removing rate discussed,and the conditions of the two kinds of the ternary internal electrolysis systems optimized by single factor analysis and orthogonal experiment. The results show that the optimized technological conditions of Fe/Al/C and Fe/Al/Cu ternary internal electrolysis systems are as follows,Fe,Al,C mass ratio=1:0.2:1,filler dosage is 13.2 g/L,initial pH=7.0,reaction time 48 h,reaction temperature 25℃,and Fe,Al,Cu mass ratio=4:0.5:5,filler dosage is 15.2 g/L,initial pH=5.0,reaction time 28 h,and reaction temperature 20℃. As a result,the COD of the effluent is less than 20 mg/L and the COD removing rate reaches 90% under these conditions.

摘要: 采用Fe/Al/C和Fe/Al/Cu三元内电解体系处理亚甲基蓝废水,探讨了Fe/Al/C填料质量比、Fe/Al/Cu填料质量比、填料投加量、废水初始pH、反应时间和反应温度对COD去除率的影响。通过单因素分析和正交实验优化了两种内电解的工艺条件。结果表明,Fe/Al/C和Fe/Al/Cu三元体系的优化工艺条件:Fe/Al/C填料质量比为1:0.2:1,填料投加量为13.2 g/L,初始pH为7.0,反应时间为48 h,反应温度为25℃;Fe/Al/Cu填料质量比为4:0.5:5,填料投加量为15.2 g/L,溶液pH为5.0,反应时间为28 h,反应温度为20℃。在此条件下,出水COD均小于20 mg/L,COD去除率均达到90%以上。
