Abstract:
Seawater as a common injection water source in offshore oil fields is apt to lead to scaling in later stage, due to the presence of a large number of scale-forming ions. The compatibility of nanofiltration seawater and the formation water of RX-1 oilfield has been investigated by the static compatibility test,dynamic compatibility test and rock core compatibility test. The experimental results show that after the nano-filtrated seawater and formation water have been mixed,there is almost no precipitation,and the core displacement 100 PV,the permeability is decreased by less than 20%. The field test results show that after the seawater has been treated by nanofiltration,the water quality is stable. The concentration of Ca2+ is decreased from 366 mg/L to 19 mg/L averagely,Ca2+ removing rate is 94%. The concentration of SO42- is decreased from 2 690 mg/L to 4 mg/L averagely,SO42- removing rate is 99%. The application result of nano device in one year shows that the pressure at the injection end is stable and no scaling problem occurs.

摘要: 海水作为海上油田常用注水水源因存在大量成垢离子易导致后期结垢。通过静态配伍性试验、动态配伍性试验及岩心配伍性试验,考察了纳滤海水与RX-1油田地层水的配伍性。试验结果表明:纳滤海水与地层水混合后几乎无沉淀,岩心驱替100 PV,渗透率下降20%以内。矿场试验结果表明:海水经纳滤处理后,水质稳定,Ca2+由366 mg/L降到平均19 mg/L,Ca2+去除率为94%;SO42-由2 690 mg/L降到平均4 mg/L,SO42-去除率为99%。纳滤装置1 a的应用结果表明:注入端压力平稳,未出现结垢问题。
