Abstract: The active materials produced by low-temperature plasma technology can oxide the refractory organic substances of oil recovery wastewater into inorganic substances,which is convenient for the subsequent treatment. The technology of corona discharge with earthed pole has been used for improving the oxidizing capability of the active materials,and the contact time with wastewater. Furthermore,with the addition of magnetic field effect,the influence of flow-rate on the V-A character curve in the conditions of with or without magnetic field has been compared,and the influence of magnetic field on the wastewater turbidity,pH,BOD,COD,BOD/COD investigated. The results show that the turbidity is decreased and other values(pH,BOD,COD) are increased after the magnetic field was added,and the oil recovery wastewater could reach biochemical degree,when the treatment time is 180 min.

摘要: 低温等离子法产生的活性物质可将采油废水中的难降解有机物氧化为无机物,便于后续处理。利用接地极雾化电晕放电技术提高活性物质的氧化能力和与废水的接触时间,并加入磁场作用,对比了有无磁场条件下流量对伏安特性曲线的影响;考察了磁场对废水浊度、pH、BOD、COD、BOD/COD的影响。结果表明,引入磁场后,废水的浊度减小,pH、BOD、COD都有所升高,且处理时间在180 min时即可使采油废水达到可生化程度。
