酸洗磷化废水的处理及污泥的减量化研究

Abstract:

In view of the large amount of sludge produced by the lime dephosphorization process and hence the high cost of disposal of the sludge, a new dephosphorization process was introduced where the iron salt of the main pollutants in the acid washing phosphorization wastewater was used as the dephosphorization agent instead of adding additional phosphorus removal agents so as to achieve the purpose of phosphorus removal and internal digestion of pollutants as well. Compared with lime dephosphorization process, the amount of sludge produced by the new phosphorus removal process decreased by 30%.

摘要:

针对石灰除磷工艺产生的污泥量大、污泥处置费用高的现状,介绍了一种以酸洗磷化废水中的主要污染物组分铁盐为除磷试剂的新型除磷工艺,该除磷工艺在未投加除磷药剂的情况下达到了除磷的目的,实现了污染物的内源消化。与石灰除磷工艺相比,新型除磷工艺产生的污泥量减少了30%,有效地减少了企业的污泥处置费用。
