Abstract:
The optimum process conditions and the regeneration properties of strong acid H-type cation exchange fiber for landfill leachate treatment were discussed. When fiber dosage was 12.5 g/L, reaction time was 30 min, reaction temperature was 30℃, initial pH was 9.0 and oscillation intensity was 200 r/min, the removal rates of NH3-N and CODCr could reach 93.29% and 38.64%, while residual concentration of NH3-N was 12.9 mg/L which met the requirement of Domestic Waste Landfill Pollution Control Standards (GB 16889-2008). The experimental results showed that it had a good effect for cation exchange fiber to remove NH3-N from landfill leachate, and the fiber had good performance after static regeneration.

摘要:
探讨了强酸性H型阳离子交换纤维处理垃圾渗滤液的最佳工艺条件和纤维的再生性能。在纤维投加量12.5 g/L、反应时间30 min、反应温度30℃、初始pH=9.0、振荡强度200 r/min时,NH3-N、CODCr的去除率为93.29%、38.64%,剩余NH3-N为12.9 mg/L,达到《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB16889-2008)要求。实验结果表明,阳离子交换纤维对垃圾渗滤液中的NH3-N有较好的去除效果,纤维以静态方式再生后性能良好。
