承钢高压锅炉腐蚀原因与对策

Abstract:

The purpose of chenggang's two high pressure boilers is to supply steam to steam turbines, which drive blast furnace fans and generate electricity. After running for a period of time, the two boilers experienced steam leakage. By finding the leakage point, the problem was analyzed and the following solutions were proposed, using morpholine instead of ammonia to adjust pH, Adding hydrazine hydrate as deoxidizer, Continuous administration of drugs, using food grade trisodium phosphate, Installing the mixing machine to treat condensate water and setting the operating pressure to 9.5 MPa. After one year's improvement, the boiler operated well and no obvious corrosion was found during maintenance.

摘要:

承钢的2台高压锅炉主要用于向汽轮机供给蒸汽,蒸汽带动高炉风机运行并发电。运行一段时间后,2台高压锅炉出现蒸汽泄漏的现象,通过查找泄漏点,进行问题分析,提出用吗啉代替氨水调节pH,投加水合肼作为除氧剂,采用药剂连续投加方式,使用食品级磷酸三钠,安装混床处理冷凝水,将操作压力调回到9.5 MPa的解决方案。改进运行1 a后,锅炉运行良好,检修期间均未发现明显的腐蚀现象。
