无磷水质稳定剂在炼钢连铸浊环系统的应用及检测

Abstract:

As the national environmental protection department imposed stricter restrictions on phosphorus emissions, a non-phosphorus formula product for the circulating water system was proposed by Pangang Steel and Vanadium Company. According to the on-site replenishment of water quality, through the laboratory static rotating coupon corrosion test, static scale inhibition test and ultimate scale inhibition experiment, a phosphorus-free and nitrogen-free formula product was developed for the continuous casting turbidity ring water system of Pangang Group. At the same time, the detection scheme for the system chemicals in operating system was put forward, which achieved good results.

摘要:

随着国家环保部门对磷排放的限制更加严格,攀钢炼钢厂提出循环水系统采用无磷配方药剂产品。根据现场补充水质,通过实验室静态旋转挂片腐蚀实验、静态阻垢测试以及极限阻垢实验,研制出无磷无氮配方产品,用于攀钢集团连铸浊环水系统。同时提出运行系统化学药剂的检测方案,取得了不错的效果。
