Abstract:
Pilot test and application of CM large-area monolith ceramic ultrafiltration membrane in power plant chemical water treatment system are introduced. The pilot results show that, for the river water pretreated by coagulation and filtration, CM ceramic ultrafiltration membrane could operate stably under the high operation flux of 333 L/(m2·h) and long filtration time of 50 min. For the unpretreated river water, the ceramic ultrafiltration membrane could also achieve stable operation under direct filtration of raw water. In the ultrafiltration retrofit, CM-151TM ceramic ultrafiltration membrane is adopted to replace the existed organic hollow fiber membrane. The actual operation flux of CM ceramic ultrafiltration membrane is higher than 260 L/(m2·h), and the backwash water volume and chemically enhanced backwashing(CEB) frequency are reduced to half of the existed organic ultrafiltration membrane, which fully met the influent requirements of the subsequent reverse osmosis system with the turbidity < 0.1 NTU and SDI < 2.

介绍了CM大面积块片式陶瓷超滤膜在电厂化学水处理系统的中试和应用情况。中试结果表明,对于经混凝过滤预处理后的河水,CM陶瓷超滤膜可在333 L/(m2·h)高运行通量和50 min过滤时间下稳定运行;对于未预处理的河水,陶瓷超滤膜也实现了原水直接过滤下稳定运行。超滤改造时采用CM-151TM陶瓷超滤膜替换原有机中空纤维膜,CM陶瓷超滤膜的实际运行通量高于260 L/(m2·h),反洗水量和化学加强反洗(CEB)频率较原有机超滤膜减半,浊度< 0.1 NTU,SDI < 2,完全满足后续反渗透系统的进水要求。
