Abstract:
The catalytic oxidation technology was used for advanced treatment of high-salinity wastewater containing saccharin sodium produced wastewater. The design and operation of the project were introduced. The actual operation results for more than two years showed that the effluent quality of the system was stable, and the effluent COD and color were less than or equal 50 mg/L and 30 times respectively, which can steadily met the first level A criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002). The treatment process for low-concentration refractory high-salt organic wastewater has advantages of stable treatment effect, advanced technology and no secondary pollution.

摘要:
采用催化臭氧氧化工艺对以糖精钠生产废水为主的混合高含盐废水进行深度处理,介绍了处理工程的设计及运行情况。两年多的工程运行结果表明,系统出水水质稳定,COD ≤ 50 mg/L,色度≤ 30倍,满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A排放要求。该工艺对低浓度难降解高含盐有机废水的处理效果稳定、技术先进、无二次污染。
