Study on microwave-ultrasonic dewatering performance of aluminum processing sludge

微波-超声波对铝加工污泥的脱水性能研究

Abstract:

In this paper, experiments were carried out on aluminum processing sludge using microwave, ultrasonic and microwave-ultrasonic conditioning techniques. The sludge moisture content and loss ratio were studied by changing the microwave power, microwave time and ultrasonic time, respectively. The results show that when the sludge is treated by the 400 W microwave power for 40 s, the moisture content of sludge is reduced from 90% to 75.25%. When the sludge is treated by the ultrasonic for 8 min, the sludge moisture content is reduced from 90% to a minimum of 77.25%. When the sludge is first treated by 400 W microwave power for 40 s and then the ultrasonic time for 4 min, the moisture content of the sludge is reduced from 90% to 74.09%.

摘要:

采用微波调理、超声波调理以及微波-超声联用调理技术对铝加工污泥进行了实验,通过改变微波功率、微波时间、超声时间等因素,研究污泥含水率和损耗比的变化情况。结果表明,微波单独调理,微波功率为400 W,微波辐射时间为40 s时,污泥含水率从90%降至最低为74.87%;超声波单独调理,超声时间为8 min时,污泥含水率从90%降至最低为77.57%;微波-超声联用调理时,微波功率为400 W,微波辐射时间为40 s,超声时间为4 min时,污泥含水率从90%降至74.09%。
