Abstract:
The thermal power plant coal-contained wastewater has high suspended solids content and high chromaticity, which is not suitable for traditional process technology. This project adopted flat-plate ceramic membrane micro-filtration technology to treat the coal-contained wastewater. The running results showed that the SS of effluent was less than 3.0 mg/L, the turbidity was less than 2.0 NTU, and the COD removal rate was about 57%. The quality of effluent was better than that of resue. It is proved that the treatment process has strong water quality and water impact load resistance, low equipment maintenance costs, stable and reliable system operation, and has obvious advantages over traditional processes.

摘要:
火电厂含煤废水具有悬浮物含量高、色度大等特点,采用传统的工艺技术对其进行处理效果不理想。本工程采用平板式陶瓷膜微滤技术对其进行处理,运行结果表明,产水SS<3.0 mg/L,浊度<2.0 NTU,COD去除率约为57%,处理出水水质优于回用要求。该工艺耐水质水量冲击负荷能力强,设备维护成本低,系统运行稳定可靠,较传统工艺有明显优势。
