生态循环产业园混合工业污水处理工程实例

Abstract:

According to the characteristics of complex and unstable organic pollutants of landfill leachate,sludge dewatering effluent,animal harmless sewage,food waste biogas slurry produced from ecological recycling industrial park,combined with the actual engineering experience of similar wastewater treatment,a process combined with pretreatment system(grille+regulating tank),anaerobic system(UASB+middle sedimentation tank),MBR system(two-stage A/O+external tube ultrafiltration),and nanofiltration system was carried out for collaborative treatment of mixed industrial wastewater. The operation results showed that the process made full use of the characteristics of water quality,mutual benefited,and had strong stability and good treatment effect. After treatment, the effluent indexes met the requirements of Table 2 of Standard for Pollution Control on the Landfill Site of Municipal Solid Waste(GB 16889—2008).

摘要:

针对生态循环产业园区产生的垃圾渗滤液、污泥压滤液、动物无害化污水、餐厨沼液等污水水质成分复杂且不稳定的特点,结合类似废水实际工程经验,设计采用“预处理系统(格栅+调节池)+厌氧系统(UASB+中沉池)+MBR系统(两级A/O+外置管式超滤)+纳滤系统”工艺对混合工业废水进行协同处置。运行结果表明:该工艺充分利用各水质特点,优势互补,处理效果稳定,处理后的出水达到《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB 16889—2008)表2标准要求。
