Application of soda softening-high efficiency reverse osmosis process in the treatment of concentrated brine

纯碱软化-高效反渗透在浓盐水处理中的应用

Abstract:

The combined process with soda softening and high-efficiency reverse osmosis is implemented in a thermal power enterprise to treat high-salinity concentrated water produced in the reverse osmosis system. The produced water could be used as a supplementary for circulating cooling water. The results indicate that the hardness removal efficiency of the soda softening method is up to 90.2%. After being treated by weak acid cation bed,the hardness of water can be completely removed. The salt removal rate of the high-efficiency reverse osmosis system is up to 97.4%,the water production rate reaches 91.3%,The produced water meets the requirements of Industrial Water Quality for Urban Sewage Recycling and Utilization(GB/T 19923—2005). The reagents cost per ton of water for the project is 4.7 yuan,of which liquid caustic soda and hydrochloric acid account for 53.80% and 17.28% respectively. This process reduces the volume of concentrated brine,and has good social benefits.

摘要:

采用纯碱软化-高效反渗透组合工艺对某热电企业反渗透系统产生的高盐度浓水进行处理,产水用作循环冷却水补水。结果表明,纯碱软化法除硬效率高达90.2%,再经弱酸阳床处理后,水中硬度可被完全去除;高效反渗透系统除盐率最高达97.4%,产水率达91.3%,产水水质可满足《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB/T 19923—2005)要求。项目吨水药剂费用为4.7元,其中液碱、盐酸费用占比分别为53.80%、17.28%。该工艺回收了水资源,实现了浓盐水减量化,具有良好的社会效益。
