Abstract:
Closed circulating water system is used in automobile welding workshop to cool the main equipment such as welding equipment. The process flow and problems of the closed circulating water system were researched and analyzed. In response to the problems, three measures such as improving the circulating water quality, setting up exhaust valves in the main pipes, exchanging the air control valves for the independently design and optimize ones and regularly inspecting them were implemented. The results showed that the adopted measures effectively reduced the amount of suspended solids in circulating water from the highest 720 g in a quarter to 32 g, reduced the influence of air-water mixture and the circulating water discharged to remove suspended solids and air, which led to reduce the average daily water recharge from the highest 15.8 t to the lowest 0.5 t, on more than 2 t, reduced the equipment damage rate caused by the circulating water system, ensured the equipment start-up rate with the cumulative shutdown time reducing from 2 514 min in 2019 to 73 min in 2022.

摘要:
汽车焊装车间采用闭式循环水系统对焊接等主要设备进行冷却。研究分析了其循环水系统工艺流程及运行过程中存在的问题,针对问题实施了提升循环水系统水质、增加主管排气阀、使用自主设计优化的气控阀并定期巡检等措施。结果表明,采用的措施有效降低了循环水中悬浮物量,季度沉积物由最高720 g减少至32 g;稳定了水流量,降低水气互窜的影响,减少了为排除杂质和空气而排放的循环水,日均补水量由最高15.8 t减少至最低0.5 t,且稳定在2 t以内;降低了由循环水系统故障引起的设备损坏率,保证了自动焊装生产线的设备开动率,累计停线时间由2019年的2 514 min降低到2022年的73 min。
