Abstract:

Addressing the technical challenges posed by wastewater from small and medium-sized decentralized Baijiu brewing enterprises, including spatial dispersion, significant spatiotemporal fluctuations in water quality and quantity, and prominent seasonal pollution, this project designed and constructed a 1 000 m³/d demonstration project for centralized pre-treatment of Baijiu wastewater within a Baijiu industry cluster in Sichuan Province. The project employed a hierarchical collection system of "tanker transfer+pipeline transportation" to achieve fully enclosed wastewater collection. The core treatment unit utilized a combined process of "multi-mode EGSB reactor+two-stage A/O bio-pond" to ensure stable effluent water quality that consistently surpassed the indirect discharge limits stipulated in the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants from Fermentation Alcohol and Distilled Spirits Industry (GB 27631—2011). Furthermore, the sludge disposal process integrated "sludge disintegration-gravity thickening-plate and frame filter press" to reduce sludge water content to below 60%.

摘要：

针对中小型分散式白酒酿造企业生产废水存在的空间离散、水质水量时空波动显著及季节性污染突出等技术难题，在四川某白酒产业集聚区设计并建设了一座处理规模为1 000 m³/d的白酒废水集中预处理示范工程。工程采用“罐车转运+管道输送”的分级收集体系，实现废水全流程密闭化收集；核心处理单元运用“多模式膨胀颗粒污泥床（EGSB）反应器+两级A/O生物池”组合工艺，通过动态调控运行参数，确保出水水质稳定优于《发酵酒精及白酒工业水污染物排放标准》（GB 27631—2011）间接排放限值。污泥处置环节集成“污泥消解-重力浓缩-板框压滤”全流程减量化技术，使污泥含水率稳定降至60%以下。
