Abstract:

It is very important to determine the pickling solut ion volume, the quality of indust rial H₂SO₄and HNO₃ in the reaction vessel in order to endure to get standard liquid PFS.The formula of feeding ratio has been deduced.The formula is simplified.The changes under different conditions are discussed.An example in application is given.

摘要：

聚合硫酸铁生产过程中,尤其是采用钢材硫酸酸洗废液生产时,如何准确确定反应釜一次投加的酸洗废液体积、FeSO₄ ·₇H₂ O质量、工业H₂SO₄ 质量、工业HNO₃ 质量,对保证获得合格的液体产品非常重要。作者推导出了该投料比的计算公式,并给出了其简化公式 ；讨论了几种条件下公式的变化情况,同时给出了应用实例。
