Abstract:

By analyzing the reasons of the former failure of carbon discharging equipment,the hydraulic carbon discharge and the dilivery equipment have been re designed and re developed. As a result,the longstanding problem of carbon substitution has been solved. It is a kind of advanced and developed equipment which can make an extraordinary profit for the customers. It will be more significant in scientific development to realize the carbon substitution mechanization and finish the history of substituting carbon artificially.

通过分析原有排炭设备失败的原因,重新设计开发水力排送炭装置,最终解决了长期困绕的换炭难题,不仅先进合理,而且经济效益显著。实现换炭机械化,结束了人工换炭的历史.
