Abstract:

The optimal occlusion method, called PVA - aluminate, has been developed by comparing several immobi-lization methods. By immobilizing the enriched nitrobacteria separately, the feasibility of applying microorganism immobilization technology to the denitrification of coking wastewater is studied. During the experiments, the activation process of the immobilization bacteria, the sensitivity to temperature and the adaptation to the coking wastewater have been investigated. The result shows that it is feasible for nitrobacteria immobilized by the method of PVA - aluminate to denitrify coking wastewater, and it is good for further research.

摘要:

通过对各种固定化方法的比较,建立了一种新型处理焦化废水的包埋方法——PVA铝盐法。通过把富集培养的硝化细菌单独固定化,进行了固定化用于焦化废水脱氮的可行性研究。考察了固定化细菌的活化过程、对温度的敏感性及对焦化废水的适应能力。最终确定将PVA铝盐法固定的硝化细菌用于对焦化废水脱氮是一种可行的新方法,值得进行进一步的研究
