Abstract:

Wastewater from dietetic business is dispersive and difficult to be treated. Therefore, it is necessary to use dispersive and small-scaled equipment. An example of using grease separation-hydrolysis-integral SBF for the treatment of wastewater from dietetic business in a hotel is given. It is successful. The effluent data has met the requirement of the comprehensive wastewater discharge standard (GB 18918-2002). The successful experiences and disadvantages are summarized through practice running. It shows that the treatment of wastewater from dietetic business is feasible.

摘要：

餐饮废水具有分散且难处理的特点，适宜采用分散小型化设备处理。作者介绍了宾馆餐饮废水采用隔油-水解酸化-一体化SBF平台组合工艺处理的工程实例。实践表明，经该工艺处理出水的各项指标均达到污水综合排放标准（GB 18918-2002）的一级标准。总结了一些成功经验和不足之处，说明该方法处理餐饮废水是可行的。
