荧光标记丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺共聚物性能研究

Abstract:

The fluorescence and scale inhibition performance of fluorescence tagged polymer is evaluated. The effect of pH, oxidant and generally used scale inhibitors on the polymer is surveyed, The results show that the fluorescence intensity of polymer is constant at pH = 7~10;The existence of generally used inhibitors have no influences on the fluorescent intensity and to some extent the oxidants would make the fluorescence intensity become weak. The calibration curve for the determination of AA/AM/4-MNDMAPN-AQ is linear over the range from 1 to 10 mg/L. The product has high performance of scale inhibition.

摘要:

对用4-甲氧基-N-(3-二甲氨基丙基)萘酰亚胺烯丙基氯的季铵盐(4-MNDMAPN-AQ)做荧光标记的丙烯酸/丙烯酰胺(AA/AM)共聚物进行性能评价,研究了pH、氧化剂、常规阻垢剂对荧光强度的影响。实验结果表明:在pH=7-10,常规阻垢剂存在的情况下共聚物的荧光强度稳定,氧化剂作用使其荧光强度减弱,荧光强度与其质量浓度(1-10 mg/L)呈良好的线性关系。共聚物具有良好的阻垢性能。
