鸡蛋壳-粉煤灰法处理酸性含铅废水

Abstract:

The various affecting factors on the treatment of the acid lead effluent by the eggshell-flyash system.The results indicate: both the flyash and eggshell have some degree of treatment effect, but the effect of eggshell-flyash system is better than the any one of the two, using the eggshell which has been burned for 2 h in the condition of 500 ℃, then pass the sieve 90 and flyash which has passed the sieve 90, the mass content of these two are 30 g/L and 10 g/L, agitate for 30 minutes. The system can effectively dispose of the simulated water which is under or equal 20mg/L and the pH is 1.5. The water quality after the disposal are: pH is 7 and the lead content is less than 1mg/L. It reaches the standard of the discharge of lead-containing wastewater.

摘要:

研究了鸡蛋壳-粉煤灰混合物处理酸性含铅废水的各种影响因素。结果表明,粉煤灰或鸡蛋壳都有一定的处理效果,但鸡蛋壳-粉煤灰混合物的处理效果更好。在500℃煅烧2h、过90目筛的鸡蛋壳30 g/L,加上过90目筛的粉煤灰10 g/L,在300 r/min的条件下,搅拌30 min,能有效地处理pH为1.5、铅离子质量浓度≤20mg/L的模拟废水。处理后的水质:pH约为7、铅质量浓度为<1mg/L,达到了含铅废水的国家排放标准。
