改性脲醛树脂季铵盐的合成及其絮凝化学性质研究

Abstract:

Urea-formaldehyde resin has been synthesized by using urea and formaldehyde as raw materials. Then, epoxychloropropane are added. After this, it is modified by using trimethylamine to make it a quaternary ammonium salt, so as it get water soluble modified urea-formaldehyde resin quaternary ammonium salt flocculant MUFRQA. The product is characterized with IR spectrum. Its surface activity is tested. The electric potential iso-electronic point and the floccule size changes of the clay suspended dispersoid system after adding the ureaformaldehyde resin quaternary ammonium salt, have been studied by using colloid chemistry method. The flocculation mechanism is also discussed.

摘要:

以尿素、甲醛为原料合成脲醛树脂,然后加入环氧氯丙烷与树脂反应,再用三甲胺进行季胺化改性,得到水溶性改性脲醛树脂季铵盐絮凝剂MUFRQA。用红外光谱对产物进行了表征,测定了产物的表面活性,用胶体化学方法研究了加入该絮凝剂后黏土悬浮分散体系的电动电位和等电点以及絮凝体粒径大小变化,推测了该絮凝剂的絮凝机理。
