Abstract:
The mechanism of coagulation,sand filtration and active carbon adsorption are introduced and the process-selecting reason is expounded. The number,type and price of the equipment and the number, size and other parameters of the structures are specialized. The economic benefit analysis indicates $70 200 is economized every year. The result of actual motion indicates that the CODCr,BOD5 and SS in the discharged water absolutely meet the requirements of provincial first class effluent discharge standard and the second class effluent standard GB 8978-1996.

通过混凝、砂滤以及活性炭吸附机理介绍,阐述选择该工艺的理由;列举了主要设备数量、型号、价格与构筑物数量、规格尺寸等相关参数。经济效益分析表明,每年节约水费70200元;实际运行结果证明,各单元状态稳定,出水中的CODCr、BOD5和SS完全达到地方一级排放标准以及GB8978-1996中的二级排放标准要求。
