Abstract:
Wastewater in mechanical industry has been treated for reutilization by electrodialysis(ED)and reverse osmosis(RO)in laboratory.The results show that most of the salinity and COD can be removed by ED.The conductivity of the effluent after ED is as low as 260 μS/cm,COD is 46 mg/L.After the concentrated water is treated consequently by RO the conductivity of permeate is 200 μS/cm and COD 27.7 mg/L.After the treatment,both of the effluent and permeate conform to the standard of reutilization,and can be reused as circulating cooling water,without negative influence on the production.

摘要:
将电渗析与反渗透结合对机加工废水进行回收利用。实验结果表明,电渗析能去除废水中绝大部分盐分和COD,使淡化水电导率达到260μS/cm、COD46mg/L,浓水经反渗透继续处理后,渗透液电导率最低可达200μS/cm、COD27.7mg/L,电渗析淡化水和反渗透的渗透液均符合回用标准,可回用做循环冷却水,不影响生产。
