Abstract:

Hollow cooling tower has been widely applied in industry,which is better in terms of reducing the temperature of water,consuming less energy and costing less equipment investment than traditional packed cooling tower.However,no systematic literature has been found about thermodynamic calculation method by now.Based on Merkel enthalpy difference formula,a one-dimensional heat and mass transfer model of hollow cooling tower has been established,and the basic thermodynamic calculation formula for hollow cooling tower is deduced,which provides theoretical foundation for practical application of hollow cooling tower.

摘要:

中空冷却塔在降温效果、综合能耗和设备投资等方面均优于传统的填料冷却塔,已经在工业中得到了广泛的应用。但是至今未有文献对中空冷却塔的热力计算方法进行系统讨论。作者以Merkel焓差法公式为基础建立了中空冷却塔一维传热传质模型,推导出中空冷却塔的基本热力计算方程式,为中空冷却塔的实际应用提供了理论基础。
