Comparing experiment on treating low temperature water with PAC and PAFC

PAC和PAFC用于低温饮用水处理的对比试验

Abstract:

In order to solve the problem that the efficiency of coagulant polyaluminum chloride(PAC) get worse with low temperature water,the complex coagulant polyaluminum ferric chloride(PAFC) has been selected for the pilot- scale study because of the high efficiency of the coagulation,which has been proved to be good in prior jar stirring test. The pilot study results indicate that the efficiency of the PAFC is superior to that of PAC. Comparing the outlet water quality such as turbidity,chroma,NH3 - N,pH,conductivity,Fe and CODMn,the quality of the treated water by the coagulant PAFC is steady and superior to that by the coagulant PAC,even though,the quantity of the coagulant PAFC is 11.5% less than that of PAC.

摘要:

为解决某水厂低温条件下混凝剂PAC(聚合氯化铝)混凝性能变差的问题,选用在小试烧杯搅拌试验中表现较好混凝性能的PAFC(聚合氯化铝铁)与PAC进行中试对比试验。中试试验结果表明,铁铝复合混凝剂PAFC在低温条件下的混凝性能要优于PAC。比较各出水指标如浊度、色度、氨氮、pH、电导率、铁和CODMn后发现,即使是当PAFC用量比PAC平均节省11.5%时,经过PAFC处理后的出水水质也远优于PAC处理后的出水水质。
