Research of anaerobic biofilter problem in operation of PTA wastewater treatment

PTA废水处理中厌氧生物滤池运行问题的研究

Abstract:

The result of LiCl trace experiment of anaerobic biofilter (AF) for PTA wastewater treatment in Yizheng Chemical Fiber Co. shows that the ratio of dead zone of AF was as high as 78.9%. For the AF carried through in the glucose-consuming activity and acetic acid-consuming activity tests of anaerobic sludge at different height, it is found that low bioactivity and biochaos exist in the inner sludge of AF. SEM of the anaerobic sludge shows that at the bottom part of AF there are limited number of bacteria, but at the higher part of AF there are filamentous bacteria. Aiming at these, analysis and suggestion are given.

摘要:

对仪征化纤厂处理精对苯二甲酸(PTA)废水的厌氧生物滤池AF进行氯化锂的示踪剂实验,发现实际运行中的AF内死区比例高达78.9%,对AF进行的不同高度的厌氧污泥的消耗葡萄糖活性、消耗乙酸活性实验发现,该AF的内部污泥存在生物活性低、生物相混乱的现象。经污泥的扫描电镜发现,AF底部污泥中细菌较少,而高处污泥中可以观察到丝状菌存在。作者对此展开分析并给出了相应的建议。
